Come fly with us, look down from above and understand why an aerial perspective can be a game changer for selling your property. It’s useful in many cases, such as showing the extent of site/boundary, the countryside/ocean views available or simply providing a level angle for a property on an elevated site.
If you are lucky enough to have a property for sale close to a body of water, you would, in our opinion, be mad not to invest in drone photography and feature this extensively in your marketing campaign!
SAFETY FIRST
Our drone is registered with the Irish Aviation Authority as required by Irish & European law. We are insured. We have also undertaken additional training in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and follow the relevant laws and safety guidelines. Sometimes, this means that we will refuse to fly.
Our pilot holds a pilot competency certificate from the IAA following a successful flight test. We are SOP holders. This means that we can apply for permission to fly in areas non-SOP holders cannot, such as close to airports etc.
On top of all that, we are excellent photographers, bringing all our ground skills in photography to the skies! We work with our clients to schedule each drone flight at the optimum time of day for each individual property and we may reschedule if the weather isn’t appropriate or if safety becomes an issue.
